The context
PFR Services is a family-run industrial maintenance and electrical company, founded in Liège in 2021. The founder had built a first website himself to get started quickly.
The problem
That homemade site no longer matched the seriousness of their hands-on expertise, and made it hard for SMEs and industrial clients looking for a reliable contractor to get in touch.
The thinking
Rather than starting from a generic template, we first took the time to understand their four service areas and how an industrial prospect evaluates a contractor before reaching out.
