Independent developer — Liège, Belgium
We clarify your need. I build your solution.
At Oktoprod, I don't just build websites: I build genuinely useful tools that simplify your everyday life.
Before moving into development, I spent years as an accountant — long enough to know exactly what's worth automating. That's the perspective I bring to every tool I build.

21 situations, drawn from real entrepreneurs' everyday work
You re-enter the same information across several tools.
What could change
One single form that automatically feeds your invoicing and client tracking.
You waste time finding a document or a client file.
What could change
A central workspace where every file is found in seconds.
You have an idea, but you don't know how to make it real.
What could change
One first conversation is enough to turn it into a clear project.
Your current tools don't talk to each other.
What could change
An automatic connection that moves information without re-entering it.
You still chase unpaid invoices by hand.
What could change
An automatic follow-up that reminds your clients at the right time.
Generating a quote takes too long every time.
What could change
A tool that generates your quotes in a few clicks, from your own templates.
Your business has grown, but your spreadsheets haven't kept up.
What could change
A tool built for what you handle today, not five years ago.
No off-the-shelf software really fits how you work.
What could change
An application built around your process, not the other way around.
You manage appointments by phone or text message.
What could change
An online calendar that centralises your availability and bookings.
Producing an activity report takes you a full day.
What could change
A dashboard that brings your key figures together in real time.
You lose track of your stock across several files.
What could change
A tool that tracks your stock automatically, without re-entry.
Your current website no longer really reflects what you do.
What could change
A site designed to clearly explain what you do.
Organising your team's schedule takes forever every week.
What could change
A shared schedule that updates itself automatically.
You never quite know where each client stands in their journey.
What could change
A visual tracker that shows the status of every file at a glance.
All your important files live on a single computer — or a USB stick.
What could change
An automatic backup that protects your files without you having to think about it.
Clients reach you by phone, email and social media, with no shared follow-up.
What could change
A single inbox that brings every request together, whatever the channel.
When you're away, no one on the team really knows where to find the information.
What could change
A clear process anyone can follow, even when you're not there.
New employees keep asking the same questions about your internal procedures.
What could change
An assistant that answers their questions directly, based on your existing documentation.
Your inbox overflows, and it's hard to spot what's actually urgent.
What could change
An automatic sort that surfaces what really matters, every morning.
Every morning, you gather the information about the day's appointments and tasks yourself.
What could change
A recap of your day, ready automatically before you even start.
After every client call or meeting, you have to summarize it yourself so nothing gets lost.
What could change
An automatic summary of the conversation, ready to file in the client's record.
My method
Every project starts with a conversation.
You don't need a clear idea yet: this conversation helps pin down what you need, and figure out together how to make it happen.
In-depth discussion
Conversations to properly understand your business needs, constraints, and priorities.
Precise scoping
A clear scope, a detailed quote, and deliverables agreed on together.
Iterations & feedback
Short cycles with working versions to test regularly.

Why Oktoprod exists
Oktoprod started with a simple observation: too many businesses waste precious time on tasks that could be automated, out of habit rather than necessity. My belief: technology should adapt to you, never the other way around.

The questions people ask before getting started
I only have an idea, is that enough?
Yes. Most projects start with an idea that's still vague, or a frustration that's hard to put into words. That's exactly what the first conversation is for.
How much does a website or custom app cost?
It depends entirely on your needs: a simple showcase site and an app with several features don't cost the same. After our first conversation, you get a clear, detailed quote, with no surprises later.
How long until my project is live?
It depends on the complexity of the project and how many rounds of feedback are needed. A showcase site can go live in a few weeks; a more complex project takes longer. The timeline is always defined together during scoping.
